Ben enjoys helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. Ben started as strictly a buyer's agent, then moved into helping both buyers and sellers. His experience with buyers has helped him guide sellers to prepare their homes for market in order to maximize appeal and create interest, ultimately helping them sell for a great price with terms that accommodate the clients timeline. He has consistently outpaced the market with each of his listings.
Ben has also completed several buyer service training courses with Keller Williams, including learning strategies for writing winning offers in a highly competitive market. Ben has also taught Ignite, the course designed for new agents and agents relaunching their business.
